Peanut chutney -1 for kids

Peanuts - 1 cup
Green chili - 2 
Cumin - 3/4 tsp
Coconut powder - 1/2 cup
Tamarind paste: 3/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 3/4 - 1 cup

Seasoning 
Oil - 2tbsp, 
Mustard - 1/2 tsp,
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp, 
Urad dal - 1 tsp,
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Garlic - 3 crushed, 
Dry red chili- 1 broken
Asafoetida - 2 pinches 

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin, peanuts, green chili n fry till peanuts are roasted well.
2. Grind cumin, peanuts, green chili. tamarind paste, coconut powder, salt along with the water and transfer it in a bowl
3. Now heat oil in a pan, add all ingredients under the seasoning section, fry till garlic turn light brown, and switch of the flame
4. Now add it to the ground chutney and mix well and serve with dosa, idli
