Bottle Gourd Pachadi / Sorakaya Pachadi

Bottle gourd - 1/2 (chop in pieces)
Green chilies - 4
Tomatoes - 2
cumin seeds

tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp
garlic - 4 cloves
Salt


seasoning :
Mustard
cumin
urad dal
curry leaves
garlic
hing

Method :

1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, bottle gourd, tomato and fry well. Keep the lid and cook until done.
2. Take cooked bottle gourd , tamarind, garlic and salt in mixie and grind to paste.
3. do the seasoning and its done.
