Ingredients:
Onion - 1 medium (chopped)
Tomato - 2 medium (chopped)
Garlic - 14 cloves (chopped)
Green chili - 2 (chopped)
Dry red chili - 2
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Spinach - 1/2 kg (chopped)
Potato - 3 chopped
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, onion, garlic, green chili, dry red chili, and fry for 2 mins
2. Now add potatoes and fry for few mins until potatoes half done.

4. Now tomatoes, salt and fry nicely.
5. Now add coriander powder, mix well and cover and cook for few mins
6. Now add spinach, garam masala, kauri methi and dont mix.
7. Now cover and cook for 5 mins
8. mix well and add ghee nand mix and switch off.
