Serving :For 2 people or if it is me I can eat it all.
Onion - 1 (cut in thin slices)
Curry leaves - 6 - chopped
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 1/4 cup ( broken into small pieces)
Gram flour ( besan) - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp.
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 2 pinches
Salt - 1/2 tsp ( to taste)
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp ( optional)
Method :
1.Mix everything together with v little oil. You should see more onion not more batter in ur bajji mix
2.Scoop little and drop in hot oil and fry them light brown.
3. Serve with green chutney or ketchup or salsa.
