Beans tomato curry
Beans - 2 cups chopped small
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 small
Tomatoes - 1 small
Green chili - 1
Curry leaves - few
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Water - 13/4 cup
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard and cumin seeds
2. Now add onion, green chili, curry leaves, and fry nicely till the onion turn translucent.
3. Now add green beans and fry for 5 mins
4. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and mix well for 2 mins
5. Now add tomato and cook for 2 mins
6. Now add water and close the lid and give 3 whistles and switch off the flame.
7. Now the pressure is done, serve with hot rice.
