Batata Poha / Aloo poha
Poha (Flatend rice) - 4 cup ( for 4 people)
Onion - 2 medium chopped ( onion should always be an equal amount of poha)
Green chilies - 6 chopped
Curry leaves - 10 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Peanuts - handful

Potato / Aloo - 2 cup small cube size
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Oil - 6 tbsp ( oil should little more or else poha will come out very dry)
Salt - to taste

Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Preparation:
Take poha and wash under running water in a strainer and keep aside for 10 mins.

Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, seeds, and fry for 1-2 mins
2. Now add green chili, curry leaves, peanuts and fry for a min
3. Now add potato, salt and fry till they are 50% cooked
4. Now add onion and fry nicely till potatoes are fully cooked
5. Now add turmeric and mix well
6. Now add Poha, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well with light hand and keep the lid and cook on slow flame for 5 mins.

7. Now sprinkle handful of water and switch off the flame and close the lid and leave it for 10 mins.
8. Serve hot with tea, Yum
