Hyderabadi Egg masala curry
Eggs - 10 Boiled and peeled
Onion - 1 cup chopped ( you can use fried onions too)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoon
Tomato - 1 medium ( chopped and pureed)
Curd/ Yogurt- 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 Cup
Water - 1.5 cups.
Dry Masala powders:
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Kasmiri Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Method :
1. Heat oil in a wide pan
2. Add onion and fry till they are nice fried brown
3. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for a min
4. Now add 2 tbsp water and keep stirring and cook for a min
5. Now add tomato puree and all masala powders and mix well and cook till oil oozes out
6. Now switch the flame to low and add curd/yogurt and mix and cook for 5 mins
7. Now add 1 cup of water and mix well
8. Now add boiled eggs and cover the pan with lid and cook on medium low for 5-6 mins.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
