Keto Jalapeno Mexican bread / Keto Jalapeno cheddar cheese bread with Almond flour
Dry ingredients
Almond flour - 2 cups
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Wet ingredients:
Eggs - 3 ( normal temperature)
Olive oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Jalapeno - 1 chopped fine (you can deseed if you want less spice)
Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup ( you can increase a bit more for extra cheese)
Preparation:
1. Grease bread loaf pan with butter, and place a greased parchment paper or foil in the dish and keep it ready
Method :
1. Mix all dry ingredients and keep them aside.
2. Now in a big bowl, add eggs and beat them nicely.
3. Now in eggs add olive oil, vanilla essence, Jalapeno, cheddar cheese, and mix everything well.
4. Now combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix nicely making sure no lumps
5. Transfer the above-mixed mixture to the greased bread loaf pan.
6. Now Bake @ 350°F for 55 minutes until the toothpick is clean when inserted.
7. Once done, take it out and let it cool down before slicing.
