Quinoa
– 1 cup cooked
Bell
pepper (Capsicum) – 2 big ( cut in small cubes)
Ginger
garlic paste – 1tsp
Salt
Turmeric
– ¼ tsp
Ghee
– 1tbsp
Masala
:
Dry
red chillies – 4
Urad
dal – ½ tbsp.
Mustard
– ½ tbsp.
Cumin
seeds – ½ tbsp.
Sesame
sees – 1 tbsp
Peanuts
– 1 tbsp
Coriander
– 1tbsp
Curry
leaves – 6 leaves
Heat
the pan roast everything without oil and make a fine powder.
Rice
preparation:
1.
Heat ghee in a pan
2.
Add bell pepper and fry nicely
3.
Add salt n mix well
4.
Add Ginger Garlic paste and turmeric n mix well.
5.
Add masala powder n mix well for 2 mins
6.
Add Quinoa and mix well
7.
Garnish with coriander leaves n lemon juice
