Water - 2 cups
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Turmeric - 3/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1-2 tsps ( based on your spiceness)
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2 large tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
2nd set
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 large thin slices chopped
Green chilies - 3 whole
Mint - 1/4 chopped
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
Method :
1. In a pressure cooker add all set 1 ingredients and cook for 2-3 whistles and switch off the flame.
2. Once cooker pressure is done, open the lid and keep a side.
3. In another pan, add oil and onion from set 2 and cook till onion turns golden brown.
4. Now add cooked mutton chops and gravy, green chili, mint and coriander n mix well.
5. Now cook with no lid on high heat for 5 mins and let gravy evaporate and become thick.
6. Now make the flame low and cover the lid and cook for 5 more mins and switch off.
