Szechuan fried rice


 Szechuan fried rice


Cooked rice - 4 cups

Onion - 3/4 cup chopped

Green beans - 1/4 cup chopped

Carrot - 1/4 cup chopped

Cabbage - 1/2 cup chopped

Szechuan fried rice powder - 3 tsp

Soya sauce - 1 tsp

Vinegar - 1/2 tsp

Eggs - 4 

salt - very less ( soya sauce and Szechuan powder has salt in it)



Method :

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and fry till light brown color.
  2. Now add green beans and fry for a min
  3. Now add carrot, cabbage fry till veggies cooked nicely
  4. Now add cooked rice, Szechuan fried rice powder, and mix well.
  5. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, a little salt and mix well.
  6. Now in a separate pan cook scrambled egg with pepper and salt and it to rice and mix well and cook on low flame for 3 mins.
  7. It's ready to serve
